Tasmin welcomes a new sponsor

Not only does Tasmin Pepper head to Kyalami with a brand new car for the 2018 Engen Volkswagen Polo Cup season next week, but she does so with a change in livery too as Tasmin and Pepper Racing welcome an exciting sponsor to motorsport aboard her #M3 Polo GTi Cup car. An exciting, young and innovative brand at the forefront of technology, Electric life aims to make a change in the South African mobility market.

Already established as a leader in the SA electric bicycle market, the Electric Life vision is to create a more eco-friendly and efficient means of travel across the board through its position at the forefront of the import and manufacture of highest quality electric mobility products, The company plans to expand from its current range of bicycles up to all form of electric products from cars to motorcycles on and off the road in the near future.

“From the moment Stefan at Electric Life called me and I heard about his company, I was really excited because I’m passionate about two things — technology and innovation, as well as anything to do with wheels and speed,” Tasmin Pepper explained. “So I was immediately keen on becoming a brand ambassador, and once we were talking, we realised Electric Life would make an ideal primary sponsor for our 2018 season.

“The Polo Cup is a most marketable series — it provides sponsors with great value for money and that’s now even more relevant to eco-friendly companies thanks to this year’s switch to the new and improved, faster but more eco-friendly turbocharged 2-litre  Polo GTI Cup race cars. “That ties in perfectly with the Electric Life brand promise of supplying a new-age eco-friendly product packed with horsepower and fun.”

Now it’s all up to Tasmin to fly her new Electric Life colours in style at the opening round of the all-new 2018 Engen Volkswagen Polo Cup at Kyalami Saturday 24 March. Find out more on Electric Life’s cool, innovative and high quality bicycles at now.
