Pepson Plastics Husqvarna Racing with Liqui Moly and Metzerler riders, William Oosthuizen and Matthew Green head to Mpumalanga’s 2018 MSA South African National Enduro Championships double-header season finale 6-7 October with it all to do as Oosthuizen leads the E1 title race with Green third. The two were two of only three riders to finish both days of the crushing Umzumbe enduro last time out, as most of their rivals hit trouble and both will be looking for more of the same on the eastern escarpment.

Mossel Bay rider William Oosthuizen was drafted into the Pepson Plastics factory team as an injury substitute after he won the first race of the season and has consistently scored podium positions since. “It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster — a really tough season and now it comes down to the wire,” William explained. “I have a small championship lead over Kyle Flanagan and my teammate Matthew is a dark horse, but with 50 points on the table over two more tough days' racing, anything can happen. “I am ready - my awesome team will have prepared the best machine and I can’t wait to race my Pepson Plastics Husqvarna down Mpumalanga way!”

“This year has been a learning year for me and boy, have I learned!” Nottingham Road KZN E1 rookie Matthew Green admitted. “The season has been a huge challenge, but my Pepson Plastics Husqvarna has been rock solid all year — I'm now up to third in the E1 championship in my first season in the senior class and this weekend is the kind of tough riding I really enjoy. “Special thanks in advance to the team — now for another couple of days of incredible riding.”
